Message

David Cropper, CIPE/CPD
The
May meeting was our first dinner meeting in over a year
and I feel that it was a great success. I would like to
thank our speaker, Steven Cook with Tracpipe and Ross
Stubber with Hugh M. Cunningham for sponsoring the bar.
The May meeting also marked the end of this board of
directors first year in office and the start of our last
year. It has gone by very fast and in 12 short months we
will be swearing in a new board. I also would like to
thank Mr. Cook for providing us with a well informed
presentation.
In
the next few months we will be going from a hard copy,
mailed news letter to an electronically produced news
letter. We have been instructed by ASPE National to have
this done as soon as possible. We hope to get
everybody’s e-mail address so you will continue to
receive the news letter. Please send Emigdio
Hinojosa, Jr. your e-mail address if you feel we do
not have it, so you will not stop receiving this
publication when we go electronic.
Our
next ASPE meeting will be our annual joint meeting with
ASSE. Robert Cross the President of ASSE has asked John
Roth with the City of Houston to be our speaker for the
evening. The meeting will be at the Plumbers Local Union
# 68 Hall at 502 Link Rd. I look forward to seeing all
of you at next months meeting.
